Welcome to 
Sterimed Inc. started its business venture promoting Infection Control Products for more than 27 years throughout India. Within this span large amount of efforts were taken by Sterimed Inc. to conduct Workshops, Seminars, Training etc., involving huge financial expenses to it, as a result of which the products became popular throughout India and subsequently the Customers started understanding and accepting the necessity for these International products.

To obtain customers confidence that planned product quality is achieved, Sterimed Inc. Management established the following objectives:
- maintaining customers confidence at highest level and increase customer satisfaction by supplying good quality products.
- Maintaining timely delivery of the products to the customers.
- Opening new opportunities by expanding the market of the products handling by Sterimed Inc.
- Increase personnel competence by awareness and evaluation.
To achieve these objectives, we established the following strategy:
- better communication on the products quality, both staffs and customers.
- increase awareness on the usage of quality products by a customer.
Periodical evaluation of employee’s performance, employee’s satisfaction and establishing of needed actions.
Management team of Sterimed Inc. is fully committed in meeting customer as well as statutory and regulatory requirements and in continuous improving of QMS and its effectiveness.
For coordination of QMS implementation and follow-up of objectives achievement is appointed the Management Representative, with needed authority for ensure that processes needed for the QMS are established, implemented, and maintained and reporting to top management on the performance of the QMS and any need for improvement.
